We Must Prepare Latino Workers for the Digital Economy

Sonja Diaz, the founding director of the Latino Policy & Politics Initiative, writes an Op-ed with Domenika Lynch and Hector Mujica on the importance of the U.S. economy’s needs for Latinos to prosper. A recent LPPI report urgently warns that 7.1 million Latinos, representing almost 40% of the Latino workforce in just six states, are at high risk of being displaced by automation despite this projected growth.
