Elizabeth Warren lags behind among Latino voters. Do you have a plan for that?

National polls conducted by Barreto’s firm Latino Decisions in mid-September found that 15 percent of Latino voters in the Democratic primaries intended to vote for Warren, compared to seven percent in June.
